Conversations for the 55+ crowd
Tell Me More Circles
A chance to talk. A chance to listen. A chance to get to know others — and especially yourself — a little better; and have a really good time doing it.
Small, guided discussions for people who want connection, great conversation, an opportunity to go a little deeper, and a few laughs along the way.
I host small group conversations — what I call circles— where people come together to talk about real life.
Not advice. Not fixing. Not one person teaching.
Just thoughtful, honest conversation — with a topic and a little structure to keep things moving and meaningful.
And I ask questions, from the big ones (What were your most significant challenges? What are you looking forward to now?) to the fun ones (best meal ever! favorite show to binge watch).
What happens in a circle
What it’s like
It’s not therapy. It’s not a class. Each circle is a guided conversation (usually 6–8 people) built around a simple but engaging theme — things like:
- Letting go and letting them
- Control (and why we like it so much)
- The stories we tell ourselves
- Our values — and are we living them
I’ll have a reading to start us off, offer a few prompts, and we take it from there.
People are often surprised by how quickly the conversation becomes real, thoughtful, and — most importantly — fun.
