About me
People don’t need more advice. They need space to think, talk, and be heard.
I’ve spent much of my career helping people have better conversations — first in journalism, and later working with organizations and groups.

What I’ve learned is simple: people don’t need more advice nearly as much as they need space to think, talk, and be heard.
These circles are my way of creating that space.
I started my career in news (WBAL in Baltimore, NBC in New York), before moving to the federal government. During that time I became certified in life coaching, began delivering motivational talks, and facilitating workshops. Since leaving the government last year, I’m spending my time doing what I love — connecting with others through giving talks, leading workshops, and facilitating circles, which are truly some of the best conversations I have all week.
